We’d like to wish all our customers a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Over the holidays you may place orders as normal however our office will be closed 25th / 26th Dec & 1st Jan. Email support will be available as normal 27th / 28th / 31st. Phone support will close on the 24th Dec at 5pm and re-open 2nd January at 9am. Our office will be open as normal from 2nd Jan.
- In the week leading up to Christmas and across the holiday period due to the number of items in transit through the logistics networks collections / deliveries may take place outside of the normal 9-5 window, we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
- If sending in time for Christmas please see our Send by dates.
- If sending over the holiday period and you have choosen to send after our “send by” dates, please allow 1-2 days extra on your estimated delivery date, although we do not guarantee delivery of items in time for Christmas which have been sent after the “send by” date, we do expect the majority of items to arrive on or within 48hrs of the estimated delivery date.
- Sendmybag will be performing collections and deliveries throughout the holidays with the exception of 24th (deliveries but no collections) / 25th / 26th / 31st (deliveries but no collections) December & 1st of January. On these dates no collections or deliveries will take place, these dates will also not count as a working day towards transit time.
- We recommend all bookings for collections between 27th Dec – 2nd Jan are made by 21st Dec. You can, as always, book with only 24hrs notice but we recommend you book by the 21st to avoid delays.
- Please note no flights will be operating Saturday 29th which may lead to a c. 1 day extended delivery time on express items over new year.
- Due to the possibility of unforeseen weather related delays we recommend you allow 2 days for collections, if we cannot collect on your chosen day we will collect the following day.
- If you are sending Christmas presents outside of the EU check with your destination country before sending regarding duty and taxes.
