International Services:
Check the transit time using our “quick quote” tool. If you are sending after 14th December allow an additional 2 working days on standard services and 1 working day on express services.
Our transit times assume the bag is travelling Capital – Capital, if you are sending to a major town or city other than the capital add 1-2 additional working days. If you are sending to a designated remote area more information will be displayed during the order process.
International Public Holidays: The SendMyBag estimated delivery calendar accounts for UK public holidays, please be aware if your collection or destination country has additional public holidays no collections or deliveries will take place on these days and they do not count towards transit times.
Domestic & International Express on Time or Your Money Back Guarantees: Standard services run 95% on time but are not guaranteed. Express services run 99% on time. If your express item arrives 2+ working days over our estimate you will be refunded 50%. *
