Collections & Deliveries over the Holidays:
No Collections of deliveries on: 25th & 26th Dec, 1st Jan.
Deliveries but no collections: 24th.
Deliveries but no collections: 27th.
No collections or deliveries: 25th, 26th Dec. 1st Jan.
NB. No collections or deliveries in Scotland on 2nd Jan.
For collections between 23rd Dec & Fri 3rd we recommend the booking is made by Fri 20th. You can book with 24hrs notice as normal but if there is a problem with your address the earlier you book the sooner we can contact you.
Don’t want to wait for a collection or delivery? Have items collected from or delivered to your work place.
Severe weather conditions can impact the network, send sooner rather than later.
Use a Sendmybag label holder. Never hand a bag to a driver without the tracking or back up label securely attached.
If sending within the UK or EU there are no customs restrictions or charges on sending Christmas presents. If sending new Christmas presents outside the EU check with your destination regarding possible customs fees before sending.
Extend your cover to £250; if more cover is required ensure you have adequate cover in place.
SendMyBag is an excess baggage service, we cannot verify packaging of fragile items and therefore cannot extend complimentary cover to damage, package items thoroughly & have external cover in place were necessary.

In the week leading up to Christmas and across the holiday period due to the number of items in transit through the logistics networks collections / deliveries from residential addresses may take place outside of the normal 9-5 window.
From 19th - 23rd deliveries will be given precedence over collections, in some cases the driver may need to collect the following day, if your collection is missed please contact us as soon as possible. We also recommend having your item collected from a place of work to save you waiting in for the day.
